GHILARDI, Orio

Orio Ghilardi, was born in Luca, Italy, on the 14th of May 1931.
Passed away at Mildura, Australia on the 19th of March 2023.

Orio lived a fulfilling life as a husband, father, grandfather and friend at the age of 91 years. Unfortunately he passed away peacefully after months of failing health.
In 1954 he met the love of his life, Domenica Mancino. They were married in 1955 and lived in Mildura for almost 70 years, having 2 children Mario and Aldo, 3 grandchildren Paul, Danielle and Michael, 4 great grandchildren Pippa, Charlie, Evie and Parker.
He was a strong patriarch of his family, a good friend to all and a hardworking man building many building’s around Sunraysia and someone who would do anything for a friend.

Family and friends are respectfully informed that a chapel service for Orio will be held at Sunraysia Funeral Home 150 Madden Avenue, Mildura on Friday 24 March 2023 at 2.00 p.m. Followed by a private cremation.
