Cosimo Pisconeri is Elvira’s brother and is an integral member of the Sunraysia Funerals team. Being part of the family has meant that Cosimo has a very close relationship with the business and that is evident with the way in which he conducts himself when undertaking a funeral.

When he is not actively involved with the funeral business, Cosimo is a busy Horticulturist looking after his 30 acre fruit block in Merbein, which primarily grows sultana grapes.

“Working in a family business like ours is very rewarding. Every funeral is unique. Some services are held in our chapel and then a cremation may follow, others are at the Church or graveside. Each is attended to in accordance with the wishes of the deceased and his or her family. We offer a genuine, personalised service and people really notice and appreciate the difference”.
